We respect your privacy. This app is designed around on-device processing and does not upload your training or health-related data to our own servers.

1. Information we collect

We do not create accounts, and we do not operate our own backend to collect your personal information.

• Training records and progress: When you complete a session, summaries such as module, duration, and date are written to local storage on this device (UserDefaults and JSON files in the app sandbox). Nothing is uploaded. You can delete records in the app at any time.
• Optional effect photos: Only when you choose “Take Photo” or “Choose from Library” do we save a compressed copy of the selected image in the app sandbox. The app does not read EXIF location or other EXIF metadata, does not upload any photos, and never accesses the camera or library automatically.
• Preferences and trial markers: On-device UserDefaults / Keychain store onboarding completion, trial start time, reminder settings, and similar flags needed for the app to work.
• Notifications (optional): If you enable daily reminders, the system local notification framework schedules reminders on this device only. Notification content does not go through any of our servers.
• Purchases: Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by the Apple App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your card number. Apple may process transaction-related information under its own policies.

2. How we use information

• Training records: to show today’s progress, 7-day trends, and history.
• Effect photos: only for your own review and comparison in “Effect Records.”
• Trial and entitlements: to decide whether the free trial is still valid and whether you have subscribed or purchased lifetime access.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is not transmitted to us or to any third party except in these cases:

• Content you voluntarily include when you email us;
• Requirements of law or lawful requests by competent authorities;
• Necessary processing related to Apple In-App Purchase and system services (provided by Apple).

4. Tracking and advertising

This app contains no ads, does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps.

5. Storage and security

Training records, effect photos, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default (app sandbox). Uninstalling the app may delete local data. Please secure your device with a system lock screen and similar protections.

6. Children

This app is a vision-training aid and is not designed to collect data from children. In-app guidance notes that users under 12 should train with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child contacted us without guardian consent, email us to delete related correspondence.

7. Your choices

• You can revoke camera and photo library permission in iOS Settings (effect-record photo features will stop working; core training is unaffected).
• You can revoke notification permission (daily reminders will stop).
• You can delete training records and effect photos in the app.
• You can manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in system Settings; use Restore Purchases for lifetime unlocks.

8. Important health notice

This app is a convergence-training companion. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition and is not a medical device. Complete an eye / optometric exam and wear proper correction before use. Stop and seek care if double vision, eye pain, headache, or other symptoms worsen.

9. Policy updates

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app means you understand the updated policy.
