Q: Do I need an account?
No. This app has no account system.
Q: How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access from first launch. The trial is managed on-device by the app; it is not an Apple introductory offer.
Q: What happens after the trial?
You can unlock via a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Entry points: the banner on the Detect tab, or About.
Q: How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then cancel this app’s subscription. You can also tap Manage Subscription on the unlock screen.
Q: Does lifetime unlock transfer to a new phone?
Yes, with the same Apple ID. Open the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Q: Why isn’t the sample rate 120 fps?
Some devices or modes fall back to 60 fps (or the highest rate available). The app uses the real frame rate when estimating frequency.
Q: Are results a certified measurement?
No. Phone cameras have limits. Results are for everyday lamp / screen reference only, not a substitute for metrology certification or medical advice.
Q: Do you upload my video?
No. Analysis runs on-device. A thumbnail is written locally only when you confirm saving to History.
